Pinewood students at dancePinewood Valentine's Day Dance

On Feb. 12, Pinewood students and their families danced the night away, played basketball and enjoyed pizza and snacks at the school's annual Valentine's Day Dance.

Event Coordinator, Mrs. Avery, enlisted help from a small group of Mohonasen High School students to assist with the dance.

"The older students did an excellent job mentoring Pinewood students by teaching them and their parents some great new dance moves," said Pinewood Assistant Principal Deborah Kavanaugh. "Students and parents alike had a blast!"

Thank you to the Elementary PTO for sponsoring the event.
