Important information related to the grade 2 moving-up celebration, field day and luncheon —
Grade 2 students will participate in the moving up celebration, field day activities, and a special luncheon on June 15. The rain date will be on Friday, June 16. The moving-up ceremony will begin at 9:30 a.m. on the basketball court outside of the gym.
Following the celebration, PE teachers will share the schedule for field day activities. We will be looking for some parent volunteers to help run each of the stations. If you are selected to volunteer, Mr. Olsen will reach out to confirm with you and provide additional information.
After the field day activities, students will return to their classrooms to prepare for a luncheon outside their classroom. Parents are welcome to join their students for the luncheon.
Note that due to all activities being outdoors, it will be weather permitting. We may need to move activities to the scheduled rain date (Friday, June 16). We will decide the evening before events if they need to be canceled. We will send a School Message to all Bradt families by 6 p.m.
To maintain the safety and security of our building and grounds, we will be asking all visitors to sign in at one of two tables located outside on both sides of the basketball court. We do have outdoor restrooms located outside by the gym for your convenience
