The Transportation Department is thrilled to recognize David Rickard as the Employee of the Month! David has been Mohonasen’s head mechanic for almost 15 years.
Since joining our team, Dave has significantly enhanced our routine maintenance program. While that alone would make him an exceptional head mechanic, his dedication goes far beyond his job title. He consistently goes the extra mile to support our staff, whether by ensuring drivers are comfortable on their buses or making sure buses are warmed up and ready on select days.
Beyond his responsibilities, Dave is also committed to educating the next generation. For several years, he has taken the initiative to teach high school students essential car maintenance skills, empowering them with the knowledge they need as future vehicle owners and drivers.
